I am a story artist who especially enjoys working on scenes involving nature, animals, quiet or touching moments, and character acting. I love to find and share the magic in the mundane.

My personal interests and professional experience have a through line of storytelling and communication. Most of my work has been in education, where I honed skills in communication, team-work, and careful presentation of information - in a classroom you have an audience which must be entertained as information is thoughtfully and intentionally presented.

I am also conversational in Japanese and spent a year abroad teaching at nursery schools in Japan.
